About Me

- I started my fitness and yoga instructing journey with the University of  Wisconsin - Madison, Division of Recreational Sports (Now Recreation and Wellbeing) as a Mind-Body Instructor. Here I taught for 3 years as I got my B.A. in Psychology, and still continue to teach for RecWell today.

- After I received my undergraduate degree, I continued to teach yoga through Outdoor UW teaching indoor and outdoor yoga, as well as yoga on stand-up paddle boards on Lake Mendota. Here I gained knowledge in teaching SUP yoga.

- I was been given the opportunity to teach Fit HIIT and Barre, yoga-inspired fitness classes, at The Studio. Prior to this, I received my ACE and IBBFA certifications (see below for my specific certifications and specializations).

- I went through my 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training and registered with the Yoga Alliance as a RYT. I continue to be passionate about group fitness, wellness, and am enthusiastic about preventative health.
